Words from a Friend..

I've been pretty sad lately and just haven't quite been myself..
My dear friend sent me this poem..
Thought I would share:

People are unreasonable, illogical and self-centered.

Love them anyway.

If you do good, people will accuse you of selfish ulterior motives

Do good anyway.

If you are successful, you will win false friends and true enemies.

Succeed anyway.

The kindness you show today will be forgotten tomorrow.

Be kind anyway.

Honesty and Frankness will make you vulnerable

Be honest and frank anyway.

The biggest person with the biggest ideas can be shot down by

The smallest person with the smallest mind.

Think big anyway.

What you spend years building may be destroyed overnight

Build anyway.

People really need help, but may attack you if you help them.

Help them anyway.

Give the world the best you’ve got and

You might get kicked in the teeth.

Give the world the best you’ve got anyway.

A wonderful poem. A very wise person had to have written it, and a very kind, loving, gentle and caring person shared it with us. Thank you.

If only wishing would make the blues go away. I am so sorry that you have been down.

Was it Ellwood who died? He was a beautiful dog.

Caring thoughts and prayers to you and Jeff.
peace
