Saturday, September 23, 2006 Donations Needed.. Donations are needed for vet bills, transport costs, supplies and much needed vaccines. We have been taking in larger numbers of animals and transporting more than usual and if we are to continue at this pace, we will need some help, till our grant money comes in. We're working on all the financial details, but as with all things, it takes time. Any amount helps and everything is very much appreciated, always!! Monetary donations can be made via the paypal button in the sidebar or donations of vaccine can also be ordered there from Revival Animal Health. I'm thinking something along the lines of what "World Vision" does when someone sponsors a child. Maybe the pets that come in could be individually "sponsored" until they find a home. Maybe a letter or the blog could update the sponsors (person) about the animals progress and what kind of home they went to and how they are doing, etc... and who the current animals are that are in need of sponsoring. Kind of like a temporary "cyber" pet adoption. Well anyway, just a thought about how to raise money.
